Spacious suites with great river views. Full kitchen was super handy. No parking available during our stay, had to walk a bit to find space. Enjoyed the bike tours offered nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, with the hotel just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by great dining options like Tom's Fish & Chips and Yellow Curry Cozy Thai, making it incredibly easy to explore local flavors; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, allowing us an early check-in and being remarkably attentive, which made the entire experience even better, even as we enjoyed the relaxing amenities in the suite that included a full kitchen and a jetted tub, although some areas of cleanliness could use a little more attention.

Spacious, clean rooms with powerful jacuzzi tubs and lovely river views made for a great escape. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Blake at the wine bar, who gave fantastic local recommendations. breakfast options were disappointing and the room was loud due to unsupervised teens at the pool. A fire alarm incident at 3:30 AM left many of us feeling unsupported, as staff didn't provide clear direction. Key issues were inconvenient but quickly resolved by the accommodating team. Despite hiccups, the location and amenities allowed for many memorable moments.

The heating system worked perfectly, keeping us warm and comfortable during the chilly evenings. we did encounter an issue with the air conditioning unit, which unfortunately was not functioning properly. It was a bit of a setback, especially during the warmer days. One thing we particularly enjoyed was the tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was a nice touch to have the option to make our own hot beverages whenever we wanted. The sitting area was spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The terrace attached to our room offered a lovely view of the river, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Although the dining table was a bit small, it was sufficient for our needs. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. We also appreciated the garden furniture on the terrace, giving us the opportunity to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The room came equipped with free toiletries, which was a nice added touch. The washing machine and dryer were incredibly handy, especially for longer stays, but we did notice that some dishes in the room were not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. On the entertainment front, the flat-screen TV provided some evening relaxation after a day of activities. The carpeted floor was a comfortable addition, and the presence of shops and commercial services nearby was a convenience we took advantage of. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit chilly during our interactions, and there were some maintenance issues in the room, such as a broken cabinet and a lack of shampoo in the dispenser. Although we reported these issues to the front desk, the response was less than satisfactory, and we did not receive any discount on our bill.

The suite was sizable and impeccably clean. The large bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, though it was firmer than I prefer. A kitchen, complete with utensils, made meal prep convenient. The balcony offered a stunning river view, enhanced by working screens on the windows and door. Temperature control was excellent; the AC kept the room cool during a warm weekend. Jetted tubs added a touch of luxury. One downside was the small, single elevator, a bit inconvenient during busy check-out hours, but overall, the room's amenities and comfort made for a delightful stay.

Rooms were a mess , scuffed floors, fur everywhere, appliances not working. Missing items, tub jets broken, bathroom door didn't close.

staying at rivertide suites was like staying in my own place, not a hotel room. the spacious unit, professional and friendly staff, and central location made everything within walking distance. the live fireplace was a warm welcome on a rainy night, and the home-cooked breakfast and lovely homemade cake added to the comforting ambience. the amenities, including a washer and dryer, jetted tub, and full kitchen, were perfect for our family, and the pool was a bonus.

We recently visited the Seaside Golf Course during our family trip, and it was a delightful experience. The scenic 9-hole course by the Necanium River provided a serene setting for a round of golf with my children. The lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect family activity.

Our stay at a hotel in Seaside was absolutely fabulous as a couple's getaway. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. We loved the convenience of having a full kitchen in our room, allowing us to save money on meals. The location was perfect, with shops, attractions, and restaurants all within walking distance. The room itself was lovely, with a cozy fireplace and all the amenities we could ask for. We definitely plan to stay here again!

That some of the guests staying at the hotel and the overall atmosphere in Seaside itself were a bit trashy, but that didn't take away from our enjoyable experience at the hotel.
